Refund Policy

Monthly plans
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Annual plans
Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have used fewer than 10 generations during that period. After 14 days, no refunds are available for annual subscriptions.
Free plan
The free plan has no associated charges, so there is nothing to refund.
How to cancel
To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How to request a refund
To request a refund on an annual plan, email hello@qofounder.ai within 14 days of purchase. Include your account email and the reason for your request.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us at hello@qofounder.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve issues directly and promptly.
