Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using QoFounder you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

Description of service

QoFounder is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered business tools. These tools help you generate content such as emails, proposals, marketing copy, legal templates, and more.

Account registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription and billing

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

Free plan

The free plan includes 5 generations per month with access to all tools. No credit card is required. Free plan features may change at our discretion.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.

Intellectual property

You own the content generated for you through QoFounder. QoFounder retains all rights to the platform, its design, underlying code, branding, and proprietary technology.

Acceptable use

• Do not use QoFounder to produce illegal or harmful content
• Do not abuse, exploit, or manipulate the AI systems
• Do not use automated scraping, bots, or scripts to access the service

AI-generated content disclaimer

All outputs are generated by artificial intelligence. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, or medical advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and adapting any AI-generated content before use.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. QoFounder is not liable for any business decisions made based on AI-generated output, nor for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

QoFounder reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour, with or without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
